Our staff team consists of dedicated members with specific roles and responsibilities to maintain the server:
The highest authority, responsible for all aspects of the server, including management, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Admins also help shape the long-term vision and direction of the server.
Oversees specific departments, ensuring that different server aspects run smoothly. Directors often coordinate larger projects and maintain communication between teams.
Leads a specific staff group, such as Moderators, Developers, or Builders, and ensures their tasks are properly executed. Supervisors serve as the main point of contact for their teams and act as a bridge to Directors or Admins.
Enforces server rules, manages player conflicts, and ensures a fair and enjoyable environment. Moderators are active in-game, mediate disputes, and take disciplinary actions when necessary.
Works on server plugins, custom features, and technical improvements to enhance gameplay. Developers are crucial for maintaining and updating the technical infrastructure and implementing new ideas.
Assists players with questions, technical issues, and general inquiries. Supporters normally do not actively intervene in gameplay situations and try to preserve roleplay and similar activities. They are often the first point of contact for players and help maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Organizes events, creates community activities, and ensures engagement among players. Entertainers help keep the community active by running contests, games, or themed events.
Focuses on designing and constructing in-game structures, spawn areas, and event locations. Builders play a key role in shaping the visual and thematic identity of the server.
An entry-level staff role for those aspiring to contribute more to the server while learning from experienced team members. Juniors assist different teams as needed and gain experience for potential promotion.
